Shipping Policy – Pawtegrity

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from Pawtegrity, regardless of the customer’s country of residence, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights granted by the laws of the customer’s place of residence.

This Policy should be read together with our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Terms of Service.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates only and not guarantees. During periods of high order volume, international holidays, or operational constraints, processing times may be extended.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email whenever reasonably possible.


2. Shipping Methods, Countries & Rates

2.1 Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.


2.2 Shipping Methods & Rates

We may offer free standard shipping on selected orders or destinations (e.g., United States), as indicated at checkout.

For other destinations, shipping fees may apply and will be displayed before purchase.

Shipping carriers may vary depending on destination and logistics availability.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

All estimates include both processing and shipping time.

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
  • Australia: 10–20 business days
  • New Zealand: 8–15 business days

International orders (if available): 10–25 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or external factors beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

In some cases, tracking may be limited depending on the destination country.


5. Shipping Address, Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages not collected within the carrier’s timeframe

If a package is returned due to any of the above:

You may choose:

  • Reshipment (additional costs may apply), or
  • Refund of the product price minus shipping and related fees, in accordance with our Returns Policy

If free shipping was originally provided, actual shipping costs may be deducted where permitted by law.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes.

These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, it will be treated as a returned parcel.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered”, responsibility passes to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

However, we will assist with carrier investigations where reasonably possible.

If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, contact us and we will review the case.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label
    • Product

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

Contact us immediately if you need changes or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started or the order has been shipped.


10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During peak seasons or international holidays, delays may occur.

Customers are encouraged to order in advance.


10.1 Seasonal Operational Notice

During certain international holiday periods (e.g., late January to February), fulfillment operations may be temporarily affected.

Orders placed during this time may take up to 20–25 business days before shipment.

By placing an order during these periods, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
